Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel active subscriptions through the Tebex Payment History Portal.
Refunds and support
Tebex’s checkout terms and applicable consumer rights govern refund and cancellation requests. Contact Tebex Support for billing or refund assistance. If in-server benefits are missing, open a VIP support ticket in our Discord with your Tebex receipt.
